Work With Us As Our Marketing Manager — Dubai Office

In this on-site role, you will oversee every aspect of our marketing initiatives — from coordinating exciting video campaigns and brand partnerships to hosting in-person events and managing social media channels. The Essentials
- Employment Type: Full-time, on-site (Dubai office)
- Start Date: Immediate
- Experience: 3+ years in a senior marketing role
- Visa: Employment visa sponsorship provided
- Reports To: VP of Marketing
- Tools We Use: HubSpot, Brevo, WordPress, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva, and various AI-powered marketing tools. Familiarity with some or all of these is a plus.
- Languages: English fluency required. Additional languages are a strong advantage.
What You’ll Do

Lead Creative Content & Video Production: Direct the planning, production, and execution of video content that resonates with individual investors and introduces new audiences to our Citizenship by Investment and Golden Visa solutions.

Manage Social Media & Brand Presence: Own all social media channels (including LinkedIn, YouTube, and more), ensuring consistent, engaging content and a well-defined brand voice.

Cultivate Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and manage key relationships with introducers, influencers, and other strategic partners. Develop and execute partnership campaigns to expand our global reach.

Oversee Events & Networking: Plan and host events and seminars in Dubai (and occasionally in other locations) where prospective clients and partners can learn about our services and engage with our team.

Drive Copywriting & Design: Ensure high-quality, on-brand written and visual materials are produced to support sales, marketing, and brand awareness.

Build & Lead a Team: Work with minimal supervision and provide leadership and mentorship to a small marketing team, setting goals, measuring performance, and inspiring them to excel.

Senior-Level Experience in marketing, with demonstrated success in overseeing content strategy, brand-building, events, and partnership management.

Hands-On, Self-Driven Approach: You thrive when given autonomy and can lead multiple projects from concept to completion.

Multifaceted Skill Set: Strong knowledge of social media, video production processes, influencer marketing, and event coordination.

Exceptional Communication: You have a sharp eye for compelling storytelling and brand messaging that speaks to both B2C and B2B audiences.

Collaborative Leadership: Experience managing a small team or cross-functional projects, offering guidance and strategic direction while staying open to new ideas.
