Czech Republic business residence permit<\/h1>\n

The Czech Republic doesn\u2019t have a formal residence by investment program. Instead, like many countries, it offers temporary residence to those that want to exercise a self-employed profession and a business activity. The Czech temporary residence for the purpose of business is a very popular route as it is both inexpensive and it doesn\u2019t impose strict restrictions. You first enter the country on a 6-month business visa in order to register your company. Thereafter, you will receive an annual residence permit that you need to renew every year. After 5 years of residence, you can apply to the Czech authority for permanent residence. Naturalization is possible after 10 years of residence in the Czech Republic.<\/p>\n

Along with the application, you must submit:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  2. a\u00a0document on the purpose of your stay<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/u>(a document confirming the entry into the pertinent business register, list or record),<\/li>\n
  3. proof of funds<\/strong><\/a>,<\/li>\n
  4. proof of accommodation<\/strong><\/a>,<\/li>\n
  5. 1\u00a0photograph<\/strong><\/a>; not necessary if a pictorial recording has been made of the foreign national,<\/li>\n
  6. a\u00a0consent of parents<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
