The Australia residence by investment program has been running since 1992. It\u2019s no secret that the Australia Investor program has been a very popular immigration path for wealthy foreigners. The Investor program was complemented by the Significant Investor in 2012 and Premium Investor options in 2015. The program provides a temporary residence that can be turned into a permanent residence after 1 to 4 years depending on the investment option. Month 1<\/h5>\n

Submit an Expression of Interest to the State or Territory you want to reside in. You will be contacted shortly with the nomination; you have 60 days to submit an application for the Investor visa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Gather the required documents, submit the Investor visa application using Skill Select, and pay the application fees. The Australian Department of Home Affairs will review your application and make a decision.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Month 18 or 9 if choosing the Significant or Premium options<\/h5>\n
